my DIY handbouquet

wuuu..dah lama tak update blog (sambil2 tunggu gmbr from OP). so today nk reveal psl my DIY handbouquet..dah lama jatuh cinta dgn gerbera.(entry kt sini)bak kata kechik, chicky gitu.haha..actually dah lama order..like 3mths before the wedding.ada la drama disitu..haha..biasa la. so 2days before dah pegi pick up the flowers..shocking pink for akad nikah and red for reception..

alhamdulillah calla lilies ada..tapi..red calla lilies not available okkaiii..selamber dia spray calla lily putih tu jadi merah ala2..hahaha..buruk tak?

so a day before (1st day of Raya Haji), my MOH came and help me to DIY the handbouquet according to my dream handbouquet (dream la sgt)...

mama mengambil kesempatan

mentang2 la dia tgk aku ni creative (eceh! koya disitu) DIY itu ini..last weekend balik KB, pegi SSF dgn tujuan nk beli gift utk merenjis nanti..tp dah alang2 dah duk situ..mama trus borong 60biji gelas..utk VVIP katanya..aku tanya, habis sape nak buat? mama kata..sape lagi..Jaja lah! ermm..baik lah mama. hasilnya tangan aku kena besi hujung glue gun tu..mesti tak sempat hilang dah nikah nanti.. :(

lps tu alang alang lagi..beli bakul utk dibawa semasa majlis bertandang nanti..pun DIY juge..haish..!! selalu nya org bawa dulang hantaran..tp mama nak letak dlm bakul plk..kt tempat lain kena bawa hantaran jgk eh kalau majlis bertandang? kat sini hantaran utk majlis bertandang selalu nya more to food la..atau pun barang2 utk besan i.e: kain pasang/kain pelikat/ sampin etc..

lepas tu pegi book bunga utk hantaran nanti..hajat di hati nk order cymbidium orchid..tp florist tu taktau. haish! tak yah jadi florist lah! last2 bunga2 biasa jer aku order..takpe lah..tak kisah dah. malas nk pikir.

then confirm balik dgn florist tu psl bunga utk handbouquet, dia cakap takleh janji calla lilies tu (what? nak marah ok! dah book raya puasa lagi tau) sbb kt China skrg dilanda banjir..semua bunga tak menjadi..taktau betul ke tak.. so aku bagi option (nak buat macamana..terpaksa) kalau calla lilies tak ada, bunga lain pun takpa lah! pasrah!

baju bertandang 100% siap! baju nikah 90% siap (tgh beading)..nampak gaya baju bertandang lagi meletops u ols..dgn beading yg sarat compared to baju nikah yg sgt2 simple..tak apa lah..aku mls dah nk pk ni..serabut pun ada..ish..kuatkan lah semangat kami..mohon agar semua berjalan dgn lancar..aminn

i prefer the flower with bright color so that nampak outstanding as i'll be wearing cream baju nikah..

remember my previous post on my last long weekend?? i said the flowers for handbouquet already booked. somehow i was totally missed out handbouquet for majlis bertandang..nyanyuk nii...any idea what kind of flowers (types and color) suits with my above baju? my baju dh heavy dgn beading bagai..and the color- very soft green + orange brown gitu..

reception theme kami

i've decided this theme since last year.hehehe..semangat xleh blah. it will be diff tone of gray of which my family will wear darker and bride+groom, very soft gray (that's what i said to the designer..hope it'll turn out well) initially mama decided for gray+white but i've been thinking by adding a bit of red will reduce those colors from looking dull & gloomy. but mama was like..emm...'not too much red ya!' ok la ok la..(mama ni..xtgk lg color palette i dh ckp mcm tu) so aku pun berangan la nk mcm ni:

i dont think that im gonna wear the red shoes..ye la..org kelate bknnye fashion savvy.hahaa..nnti cakap aku ni kampung plk.hahaha..but i saw shocking pink and electric blue wedges at Vincci+ Midv..tempting giler..dah la 70% off..ke nak beli utk akad nikah ha?

p.s- kenyang nyer berbuka td..(kalah org puasa..ooppss..kantoi xpuasa.hahaha) slmt berpuasa kawan2!

to hand bouquet or not to hand bouquet..

i've been thinking..on my e-day should i hold the handbouquet or not..takut org kata over la plk.xpe..sy guna duit sy sendiri.xsusahkan org lain.sukahatidirisendiri ok..80% rs mcm nk..sbb nk amik gmbr..theheehee..gediks sungguh..3 types of flower yg sdg bermain2 di fikiran..gerbera or daisies or carnation..the flower must be in fucshia/hotpink with brown/cream ribbon or vice versa..

and small size..baru la xover sgt kot.

and of course DIY lah. save budget mah.hehee..
